  Horrible customer service at this location. They were not willing to work with me at all, didn't advise the procedures for delivery and then tried to cancel my delivery the day before it was due. I tried everything to get them to work with me to deliver when promised as my business couldn't open its doors without furniture. They refused to help in any way. The store manager called me a liar and was incredibly rude to me. I cancelled my order and called the Myaree Fantastic Furniture who went out of their way to assist me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU AVOID GOING TO THE OSBORNE PARK FANTASTIC FURNITURE - THE EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT WORTH ANY CONVENIENCE.

  I bought a couch and they told me it would take a few months to arrive. When it did arrive it was broken and I couldn't use it. The legs were totally uneven and the spine of the chair was cracked. I called numerous times and was told they ordered a new one. Months later I called to check the progress as I hadn't heard from them and they said they accidentally forgot to order it. Nearly 6 months later I got a replacement. After a couple of months of using the couch is makes a horrible squeaky sound every time you sit on it and the middle leg makes the couch uneven (so I don't use it). They did take $150 off which was nice but I'm pretty much going to throw the sofa out as its faulty again and don't want to go through another 6 months of waiting for a replacement. They are cheaper but it is not worth it. Pay more so you can actually use it :)

  Horrendous customer service! Ordered a headboard and was told it would take 6 weeks. Emailed regarding the delivery but got no reply. Rang the store to be told it came to the warehouse damaged and would not come for another 6 weeks. No one even bothered to call me to make me aware.
